Study trip have been introduced to enable new employees to get familiar with airBaltic product and evaluate it from viewpoint of a customer. In turn, employees' submitted reports on their first impression of the quality of overall service during the trip as well as their proposals allow airBaltic to learn what is valuated most in services provided by the company and spot areas where service should be improved.
