International representatives

airBaltic has representative offices in more than 40 countries including Belgium, Italy, Germany and  Russia, and the number is increasing every year.

The main task for our representative offices is to provide friendly customer service in the     countries that contribute the greatest numbers of passengers to our flights. People working in the offices include:

  • Sales Managers,
  • Customer Service Specialists,
  • Station Managers (taking care of ground operations)
    and others.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since the beginning of 2010 we have employed 22 new members of staff to work outside Riga (Latvia). Interestingly, it is not only locals who work in our representative offices. Some are staffed by airBaltic employees who are developing their careers by taking a step out of their home countries and bringing their sales experience to a new airBaltic representative office.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The biggest representative office is in Berlin, which currently has around 10 employees.

Representative offices are led by Latvian or local Branch Heads backed up by General Sales Agents (GSA) to ensure airBaltic can offer its full range of services. They represent, promote and sell airBaltic products in their countries according to the highest airBaltic service standards.
