airBaltic Training, a subsidiary of Air Baltic Corporation, is offering a full range of aviation training services in Riga, Latvia. The goal of airBaltic Training is to become well recognizable across Northern and Eastern Europe as a qualitative aviation training service provider. AirBaltic Training offers a wide range of different programs for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew and Ground Personnel. All training programs adhere to ICAO, EU-OPS and JAR-FCL regulations and are prepared and presented by active aviation professionals working and flying directly with airBaltic.

Baltic Miles

BalticMiles, a subsidiary of Air Baltic Corporation, is a loyalty program. It started as FFP for airBaltic and now has grown as coalition loyalty program for multiple partners. Currently there are 250 000 members in the program and more than 20 partners. The aim of the program is to have 1 million members by the end of this year. The aim of the program is to become a new currency of the North, allowing people to collect and spend miles in their everyday lives.

Financial and Legal Services

Financial and Legal Services or FLS provides financial, legal and HR services, as well as procurement of uniforms and office supplies to airBaltic group companies. FLS started its business activities on January 2, 2010. FLS financial services include: Accounts Receivable and Credit control, Cargo Revenue Accountancy, Finance Control and fixed assets accountancy, Bank Accounting, Payroll Accounting. FLS legal services include: Contracts’ drafting, Legal advising, Representation at Court and State institutions. FLS HR services include: Personnel Recruitment, Personnel Records Keeping.

Online Travel Agency

SIA OTA operates www.airbaltictravel.com, a website that sells airBaltic flights in combination with Hotels and rental cars. By the end of the year, OTA will re-launch its services and will sell through 2 websites: the existing website plus www.travelvia.com, a brand that will be rolled out throughout Europe. The new infrastructure will be able to offer flights from almost all airlines plus a much wider range of Hotels and other travel products.
