Pilots

The successful candidates should be self-motivated, committed to the highest standards of safety and responsibility, and willing to relocate to Riga.

Minimum requirements

Licence

1. ICAO (from EU/JAA country) or JAR FCL Commercial Pilot licence, with completed:
   - ATPL theory and CAA exams,
   - Multi Crew Cooperation course
   or
   ICAO (from EU/JAA country) or JAR FCL Airline Transport Pilot licence
2. Valid Multi Engine Rating
3. Valid Instrument Rating
4. Class 1 aviation medical certificate

Additional requirements

1. EU citizenship
2. Fluent English - at least level 4 ICAO English Language Proficiency
3. Type rating on airBaltic aircraft types will be consider as an advantage (Boeing 737, Boeing 757, Fokker 50, Dash Q400)
