Customer Relations Representative

Responsibilities:

 

  • Register, review, evaluate and reply to customers’ complaints, compliments and suggestions both in written and on phone
  • Insert all relevant information from each complaint, compliment and suggestion in database on regular bases 
  • Provide feedback to respective departments on regular bases
  • Observe customer service trends and procedures and initiate improvements

 

Requirements:

 

  • Preferable experience in customer service and/or complaint handling
  • Excellent verbal and written Latvian and English languages, fluent verbal Russian (additional language skills will be considered as advantage)
  • Service minded and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in team
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office programs)
