Customer Relations Representative
Responsibilities:
- Register, review, evaluate and reply to customers’ complaints, compliments and suggestions both in written and on phone
- Insert all relevant information from each complaint, compliment and suggestion in database on regular bases
- Provide feedback to respective departments on regular bases
- Observe customer service trends and procedures and initiate improvements
Requirements:
- Preferable experience in customer service and/or complaint handling
- Excellent verbal and written Latvian and English languages, fluent verbal Russian (additional language skills will be considered as advantage)
- Service minded and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both individually and in team
- Computer knowledge (MS Office programs)
