Production Planner in Riga, Latvia
Duties:
- To follow the procedures described in continuing airworthiness management and maintenance organization exposition, technical operations handbook and personal handbook within airbaltic technical operations
- Coordinate the availability of necessary personal, equipment, tools, spares, consumables, facilities and necessary documentation for planned/unplanned maintenance performance
- Plan and prepare the maintenance activities in a way that will keep punctuality and regularity on as high standards as possible. All planning shall be aimed to minimize aircraft downtime and maintenance expenses and all maintenance is carried out an approved standards
- To keep controlled hil items, aog issues, ordered spare parts and preparation to defects rectification
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, ground support group, interior workshop, composite material workshop and stores
- To coordinate outsourced maintenance with outstations and contracted companies in rix base
- Ensure that all maintenance required to be carried out on the line including line defects rectification is carried out to the standards specified in part-145 and cammoe
- Keep the production manager and production planning manager informed if the planned production schedule is interrupted
- To analyze and improve efficiency of maintenance planning work process and to take part in meetings related to a/c maintenance
Requirements:
- Engineering degree from mechanical, electrical or avionics studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft
- Two years experience in a/c aviation industry or aviation maintenance environment
- Command of english language
- Possibility to work in shifts
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Type course on particular aircraft type to the level of b1
- Driving license "B"
